Rules

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia states that the owner of the online store must issue the rules for the supply and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. This regulation is called a distance contract (MK rules).

Distance contract

The seller of the goods offered in this Internet store – hereinafter referred to as the Seller – on one side, and the person performing the order – hereinafter referred to as the Buyer – on the other, abide by the following Agreement:

The Seller commits to sell to and supply the Buyer with goods, according to the Buyer's order.

Delivery and payment procedure

The Buyer shall order the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods desired. The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the products by using the payment tools embedded in the website or by paying the bill prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyers e-mail address. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller provides the delivery of goods within 20 days of receival of payment for the product, reconciling the delivery time with the Buyer.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to waive the goods within 14 calendar days of receival by sending the Seller a letter of refusal. The refusal form shall be sent by the Seller to the Buyer via e-mail at the request of the Buyer.

It is the Buyer's duty to return the product to the Seller within 7 days of sending the letter of refusal. All expenses incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • The ordered goods are non-returnable by their nature or spoil rapidly or are used-up quickly;
  • The ordered goods are a specialised order, custom made for the Buyer via individual order;
  • The Buyer has opened the packaging of an audio or video recording, or a computer program.

The sixth paragraph of Article 12 of the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Latvia states that "the Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the exercise of the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the right to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a refund fee in the event that the product is damaged due to negligence or not following instructions during use, if the original packaging of the product has been lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

Data processing

By providing the necessary information during the ordering process, the Buyer attests that they are familiar and agree that the data provided is used, so that the Seller may fulfil the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By submitting the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the Buyer’s specified email.
